Ten faculty members and non-teaching personnel of Cagayan State University (CSU) Lal-lo Campus were recognized for their years of dedicated service to the institution during the celebration of the university’s 48th Founding Anniversary on June 11, 2026 at CSU Carig Campus.
The awardees, endorsed by the Central Administration, were conferred Loyalty Awards for rendering 10 to 35 years of continuous service to the state university, helping shape generations of students and contributing to the growth and development of CSU through the years.
Leading the honorees was Prof. Juvelyn D. Capili, Professor VI, who was recognized for 35 years of service. She was joined by Dr. Magiliv L. Esteban, Dentist II, who received recognition for 30 years of service, and Dr. Ma. Donna B. Macadangdang, Associate Professor V, who was honored for 20 years of service.
Meanwhile, seven employees received awards for 10 years of service. The employees were Mr. Fernan W. Ammaqui, Associate Professor II; Ms. Frises Joy A. Aragones, Administrative Officer III (Cashier II); Dr. Mary Jane J. Bulusan, Associate Professor III; Dr. Domingo Jr. B. Dela Vega, Assistant Professor III; Dr. Maribel L. Fernandez, Associate Professor III; Dr. Mary Jane B. Habon, Associate Professor I; and Ms. Maricon P. Yadao, Registrar II.
The recognition formed part of the activities marking CSU’s 48th year of service in higher education, a milestone that celebrates not only institutional achievements but also the people whose dedication has helped strengthen the university’s legacy across generations.
