With the presence of campus alumni of different batches, the ground breaking of the Balay Alumni in CSU Lal-lo happens today, August 10, 2019.
Spearheaded by Dr. Urdujah A. Tejada, University President, Engr. Ernesto Marallag, University Director for Infrastructure Services, Dr. Ricardo B. Casauay, CSUL CEO, and Mr. Nestor Loreto, CSUL Alumni President, the activity was witnessed by Vice Mayor Ma. Olivia B. Pascual, CSU officials, campus alumni, and CSUL faculty and staff.
