Cagayan State University (CSU) at Lal-lo conducted its Mid-Year Performance Review on July 31 to assess the campus’ progress against its 2026 targets and identify areas requiring greater attention in the remaining months of the year.

The review examined the campus’ accomplishments from January to June 2026, providing campus officials, unit heads faculty and staff a basis for determining which targets have been met, which remain in progress, and which require intensified efforts.

Mr. Christophel Panaligan, campus planning officer, presented the consolidated performance of the campus for the first half of the year while Mr. Anthony James Alamin, campus budget officer, presented the financial status of the campus relative to the implementation of its programs.

Dr. James B. Cabildo, campus executive officer, said the mid-year review served as an opportunity for the campus performance and determine appropriate measures to address gaps in implementation.

The CEO recognized the different units for their performance during the first six months of the year while challenging campus officials, office heads, faculty and staff to strengthen their efforts toward meeting the remaining targets.

With five months left in Calendar Year 2026, CEO Cabildo urged the campus officials and unit heads to focus on unachieved targets and sustain initiatives that have contributed to the campus’ progress.
